Storytelling at the heart of who we are

Stories create meaning making and we are meaning making beings.  We do this constantly.  Many have the experience, in their late twenties, of assessing the stories they’ve been told and discarding those that are not authentic to the person they are.  For some this comes much later in the mid-life crisis.  For some it comes in old age.

My lived experience, has taught me that we are spiritual beings, we have a spirit and we have a life-force and that we can cultivate our relationship to them through practices and observances.

Spirituality is a deep ocean that unites all being and intimately connects us to the spirit and life-force of the natural world.  Remembering and paying attention to this lived experience has been the fuel behind my own healing journey.

The Circle represents a vision of humans all around the world weaving themselves back into the web of life through honoring our spiritual being and life-force and the spiritual being and life force of all life.

Through spoken word, guided visualizations, song and other mindfulness practices, I guide experiences of embodied reflection.  Evoking connection to self and Self so that we may re-member our Earth Being at this transformational time in human history.

My journey has included training as a storyteller in the corporate world, as a PR executive, and more recently as a shamanic facilitator, medicine song carrier and transpersonal counsellor.  I embrace, somatics, neurobiology and ancient practices for wellbeing.

Here is a couple of my offerings a guided breathwork practice for wellbeing and a nature meditation:
